College is full of transitions.

And transitions are incredibly challenging for people with ADHD. You’ve likely moved from your parents’ home to living in a campus dorm or new apartment with roommates. You’re now responsible for managing your schedule—from waking up to attending classes to completing assignments on time to studying for exams—without regular input or reminders from an adult. You’re navigating new professional and personal relationships and are responsible for making decisions regarding your body (relationships, nutrition and fitness), finances (budgeting and spending), and your future (internship, job, major). It can be overwhelming. You may feel like you don’t know what you’re doing and you’ll never be able to handle it all. You don’t have to do this on your own. Coaching can help—read on to see how we can work together!
